If you want to pay by credit card then your Paypal account must be set up by having your credit card linked to your PayPal account in addittion to linking PayPal with your regular bank account. I can only accept credit card payments through PayPal and not any other method because we are not a typical business which requires the need for alot of daily credit transactions. I am a small flight sim business...not Walmart. This is assumably because SimSamurai is out busy flying aircraft and is not always busy with selling flight simulator products. So again, we do accept credit payments but only when your credit card has been linked through your PayPal account. So,... if you want to pay by credit card please make sure your card has been properly linked to your own private PayPal account because you can then quickly pay us directly by using the "Send Money" link and posting funds to the email address of : simsamurai@earthlink.net. Otherwise, if desired, we can also create and send you an invoice via PayPal. If using the "Send Money" option please just make sure you know your final checkout total (items and shipping) before using the "Send Money" option!

Payment Option # 2 -- Personal Check or Certified Money Order via Postal Mail

If you live on the moon or a deserted island with an airstrip that provides mail service then you can option to send a check or bank certified money order instead of using the e-commerce route. I understand that internet service is often dodgy or non-existent on the moon or remote islands and that people in such far out places need flight simulators just as bad as the rest of the world so this is totally reasonable! While this payment method is slower ...it still works and is always acceptable to us at SimSamurai.net. Just know that all checks or money orders will be verified for authenticity and must be cleared into our bank before any product will be mailed out.

Lastly, we will provide you with a real name and post office mailing address in San Diego California. Once the payment is received we will send you an email stating that payment was received and deposited in our bank. Once the payment has cleared (expect 5-7 business days from receipt if a check) we will then send you the item(s) once the funds have cleared. Again, we assume this is fair, reasonable, and honest for both parties. Lastly, know that we do our best to only charge actual shipping costs based on your location and will always combine shipment costs with multiple items to save you money.
Item Shipment Details
Once an e-commerce payment is verified, Paypal sends us a completed payment notice, or after any check or money order has cleared into my account, we will then mail out your item(s) within 5 days. After this mailing please expect a 5-10 day delivery time if within the USA or 10-14 days if you live in Europe or up to 30 days if you live on the moon or a deserted island we discussed earlier. We typically mail all weekly sales items on the following Monday after the weeks total invoices are in. This is also because less trips to the post office means less air pollution!
We typically use UPS for all USA orders and use United States Postal Air Mail (USPS) for all foreign buyers. UPS provides a tracking number. USPS only provides a receipt. If you are in a foreign country (non USA) then do know that you may have to call your customs office to pick up items that have been shipped from outside your country and or you may have to pay a small fee to your customs office. While we do list our products as "documents" on custom forms, various countries may still require your signature for delivery or pick-up. Please do not ask us how customs work in your own country!
If you are a foreign customer outside of the US please expect 10-14 days for overseas delivery. If you are purchasing a sim station RTA kit please expect 45 days delivery time as the RTA version kits are made to order and thus will be hand crafted for approximately 30 days from date of purchase. However, we do typically make them 3 at a time so feel free to inquire about in stock availability!
If you want a tracking number for your item(s) (such as from UPS) please let us know via email. Please include your name in the email and we will send you your tracking number! Do know that we will use the exact address that you provide and know that we write very clearly on all packaging! SO ALWAYS MAKE SURE YOU PROVIDE YOUR EXACT AND CURRENT MAILING ADDRESS. SOME PEOPLE FORGET TO UPDATE THIS IN PAYPAL AFTER HAVING MOVED!
If you are purchasing a flight sim station RTA kit please expect 30 days delivery time. ( each are cut on demand as they are not mass produced )
Once payment is verified we will immediately send you the free GLOBETREKKER GT-1000 via email if qualified. This will contain the GT-1000 and .PDF files which contain the supplemental documents ! If however you are purchasing a GT-1000 by itself then expect it to be emailed within 12-24 hours after your payment is made.
